Monto Steel Products is an independent and progressive family business which was established in Monto, the gateway to Central Queensland, in 1960.
Our office, fabrication and engineering workshop is located at 4 Flinders Street, Monto. We have a permanent staff of five plus two part-time, comprising boiler makers and fitter welders/turners. From our establishment, where the business serviced mainly the local area, we have progressed to servicing a large part of the state as well as New South Wales and Western Australia.

MSP specialises in the fabrication and repair of agricultural, earthmoving and light mining equipment; we have an extensive and well-equipped workshop with the staff having a combined experience of over 100 years.
Monto Steel Products boasts a high performance record and our staff are skilled in all aspects of its activities. Each individual is aware of the need for safe and quality service to the customer, therefore, all our activities are conducted in a proper, safe and workmanlike manner.
It is the policy of Monto Steel Products to provide all products and services in accordance with the customers specified requirements, as expressed in the applicable contract. We ensure planning and control of the work to provide adequate verification that we achieve all that has been specified and that all our contractual obligations are met, prior to seeking customer approval and acceptance.
